Customer service????

I've been going to Shell gasoline stations because of the better quality gasoline for my 25 year old car and the general customer service from everyone (except for a single employee), her name is Cindi. She tells me what I can and can't do in the store. I recently bought a grilled item and I have already paid for this item, and Cindi got on her HIGH horse and told me that I would have to pay sales/ food tax on the grill item if I decided to go and eat my grilled item in the store. But that's not the half of the story.. She always has a negative, piss poor attitude whenever I go to the gasoline station to buy anything. She yells and raises her voice at me (Just the two of us), or if there's any other customers that are behind me in line... I'm going to be reporting her to the store manager.... The store manager, and her assistant manager Stephanie W, are the kindness people that I've come to know in the past year or so. All of the employees are nice to me, except for Cindi.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't give the store a bad and excellent review at the same time..... Sorry... If the manager doesn't do something about her employee Cindi, then I will be going to another gasoline station....
